High Performance Extraction System

A powerful built in centrifugal extraction fan quickly removes overspray and vapours from the spray area. Consequently, the booth maintains consistent airflow throughout the working zone, allowing operators to produce cleaner paint finishes while improving visibility during spraying.

Average Face Velocity: 0.65 m/s measured across nine points using a clean extraction filter and 3 metres of ducting. Furthermore, the carefully engineered airflow helps reduce contamination on painted components while supporting a safer working environment for operators.

Integrated Heavy Duty Turntable

The integrated manual turntable allows operators to rotate components smoothly throughout the spraying process. Therefore, you can reach every surface without constantly lifting or repositioning the workpiece.

Turntable Capacity: 120 kg In addition, the spray booth includes a heavy duty overhead hanging bar with an 80 kg lifting capacity. This allows you to suspend larger or awkwardly shaped components, making painting quicker, safer and more efficient.
