Shipping & Delivery
Everything you need to know about dispatch times, delivery services, shipping costs, pallet deliveries and order processing.
1. Shipping Times
- Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding major bank holidays. All orders are dispatched using trusted UK courier networks on a next-day service in good faith and should arrive on the next working day wherever possible.
- Our daily order cut-off time is 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will not enter processing until the following working day.
- Thursday and Friday orders may require additional transit time. Orders placed between 2pm Thursday and 2pm Friday will typically arrive on the following Monday as Saturday delivery is not included as standard.
- Friday afternoon orders are processed on Monday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed on Monday and should arrive from Tuesday onwards.
- Custom-built products may require additional lead time. Bespoke and made-to-order items are manufactured specifically for each customer and may require additional production time before dispatch.
2. Shipping Costs
- Mainland UK parcel delivery is available from £4.95. Standard parcel shipments are sent using a next-day delivery service to mainland UK addresses.
- Free delivery is available on qualifying orders. Orders over £75 qualify for free mainland UK parcel delivery.
- Shipping charges are displayed during checkout. The final shipping cost is automatically calculated based on product size, weight and destination.
3. Non-Mainland Delivery Charges
- Northern Ireland delivery. Standard parcel delivery to Northern Ireland is £22.95.
- Scottish Highlands & Islands delivery. Standard parcel delivery is £20.95.
- UK Island deliveries. Isle of Wight, Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man deliveries are typically charged at £21.95.
- Free delivery only applies to mainland UK. Additional charges apply to non-mainland destinations and deliveries are typically completed using a two-day service.
- Additional charges may apply for larger items. Certain oversized products, pallet deliveries or specialist freight shipments may require additional transport charges.
4. International Shipping
- Worldwide delivery is available. We can arrange shipping to Europe, the United States and many international destinations.
- International shipping is quoted individually. Delivery costs and estimated transit times vary depending on destination, shipment size and local customs requirements.
- Please contact us for a tailored quotation. Our team will provide a bespoke shipping quote based on your location and order requirements.
5. Courier Services
- Orders are shipped using APC and DPD Local. We work with leading UK courier networks to ensure reliable and efficient delivery services.
- Tracking is provided where available. Customers receive tracking information to monitor the progress of their shipment.
- Palletised goods are typically shipped through APC. Larger products and freight shipments may be dispatched using specialist pallet services.
6. Pallet Deliveries
- Some products require pallet delivery. Certain larger industrial products cannot be shipped via standard parcel services and must be delivered on a pallet.
- Pallet requirements will be clearly displayed. Products requiring pallet delivery will be identified on the product page or during checkout.
- Customers may require unloading equipment. Depending on the shipment, access to a forklift or suitable unloading method may be necessary.
- Pallet costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on pallet size, destination and transport requirements.
- Additional charges may apply for non-mainland destinations. Remote areas and offshore locations may incur additional pallet freight costs.
7. Dispatch Location
- All orders are shipped from Norfolk. Goods are dispatched from our facility in Mundford, Norfolk, postcode IP26 5JJ.
- We operate as an online retailer. Our premises are a production and dispatch facility rather than a customer-facing retail store.
- Collections are not available. We do not currently offer customer collection services from our dispatch location.
8. Address Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. All relevant address details must be supplied, including company names, unit numbers, suite numbers and any additional delivery instructions.
- Incorrect addresses may result in delays. Industrial Tech Store cannot accept responsibility for delivery issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete address information.
- Orders may be held for verification. We reserve the right to delay dispatch if address information appears incomplete or incorrect until confirmation has been received.
- Returned shipments may incur delivery costs. If a shipment is returned due to customer address errors, any refund issued may exclude the original shipping charges.
9. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. As most orders are processed quickly, customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.
- Cancellation requests received after dispatch may not be possible. Once goods have entered the courier network, cancellation options become limited.
10. Order Amendments
- Additional items cannot usually be added to an existing order. To maintain order accuracy and processing efficiency, amendments are generally not made after checkout.
- Orders may be cancelled and replaced. If additional products are required, we will typically cancel the existing order and allow a new order to be placed containing all required items.
- This process helps prevent fulfilment errors. Maintaining a single accurate order reduces the risk of duplicate shipments, missing products and dispatch delays.
