Nukeson - Heavy Duty Modular Welding Table

Crafted from 5mm steel, this Heavy Modular Welding Table is essential for any factory. Its fully modular design lets you extend it to the exact size you need. We developed it over five years of testing and refinement at our factory.

You can link table tops together with bolts, extending up to four bays. One set of legs comes with every order. For three- and four-bay setups, we include extra support bars to reinforce the middle sections.

Adjustable legs let you set the working height to your preference. Each leg has a lockable, high-strength castor, allowing easy movement and secure positioning during use.

We load tested this table to two tonnes, making it ideal for heavy or bulky parts. The table comes with all fixings for quick assembly and installation.

Designed in the United Kingdom, each table is manufactured at our Norfolk facility, ensuring consistent quality and craftsmanship.

Table Key features:

• Heavy-duty 5mm Steel construction on the table top, with 2mm British Steel used for the legs.
• Bare steel on top, with black powder-coated legs.
• Modular Welding Table - extend from a single bay up to 4 bays so that it fits your working area.
• The tabletop arrives fully welded, while the remaining parts come flat-packed for assembly. We include all fixings with the delivery.
• Unique keyhole design with 6.5mm and 16mm ends, placed 120mm apart from the centres.
• Lockable castor wheels allow for mobility but secure placement when locked up.
• Load-tested up to 2 tonnes.

Please note:

• Because these tables are large and heavy, we deliver them on a pallet, and the checkout will include a pallet charge. Each welding table requires a 10-day turnaround, so next-day services are not available for this product.
• There is a tolerance for flatness on the welding table top of +/- 1.5mm; a perfectly flat top cannot be guaranteed.
