The Nukeson - ATEX Spray Booth with Turntable is a premium industrial spray booth engineered for the safe application of solvent-based paints, primers, lacquers and industrial coatings.
Designed and manufactured in the UK, the ATEX booth is the latest evolution of Nukeson's proven spray booth range. Built upon more than a decade of industrial spray booth design and manufacturing experience, it delivers exceptional airflow performance, operator safety, reliability and ease of maintenance for demanding workshop environments.
Whether you're refinishing fabricated components, spraying engineering assemblies or painting production parts, the booth provides a safe, efficient and professional spraying solution.
The unit features a powerful built-in centrifugal extraction fan designed to efficiently remove overspray and solvent vapours from the working area.
Average measured face velocity:
(Measured across nine points using a clean filter with 3 metres of ducting.)
This provides consistent airflow to help achieve cleaner finishes while maintaining a safer working environment.
A built-in manual rotating turntable allows operators to easily rotate components during spraying, reducing awkward repositioning and improving paint coverage.
Turntable Capacity: 120kg
The booth also includes a heavy-duty overhead hanging bar rated to 80kg, allowing suspended painting of larger or awkward-shaped components.
