🆕 Introducing TechHub – Built to Share, Built to Help

At Industrial Tech Store, we’ve spent years on the shop floor working on the equipment, and using it ourselves. We’ve worked at midnight before a deadline. We’ve drilled, welded, and debugged. We’ve stood over a machine wondering why it stopped working, with a manual in one hand and a cup of cold tea in the other.

That experience is what led to TechHub.

We started this as a way to help our own team — notes scribbled on whiteboards, phone videos of how to wire a HanBot controller, reminder photos of sensor layouts. It wasn’t pretty, but it worked.

Then something clicked. We realised every person buying from us was going through the same struggles:
“Where do I start?”
“Is this the right setting?”
“Why doesn’t the manual explain this part?”

So we decided to open the doors — not just to our products, but to our process, experience, and knowledge.

That’s how TechHub was born. 

It’s not just a help centre. It’s a growing collection of setup guides, manuals, how-to videos, and real case studies from factories like yours — including our own. Every piece of content is written by us. If we say something works, it’s because we’ve tried it ourselves. And if we don’t know something, we test it until we do.

From HanBot robots to RivetMaxx machines, AGVs to Spray Booths, we’re documenting everything — how to unbox it, wire it, install it, and get it working.

Why? Because we believe good equipment deserves good knowledge.

And because we’ve been there — struggling to find that one wiring diagram, or trying to explain how a pneumatic valve works with only a blurry photo.
