DH‑Robotics DH‑3 Adaptive Electric Three‑Finger Gripper
The DH‑3 is a three‑finger, adaptive electric gripper designed for collaborative robot applications. Its linkage‑type mechanism with envelope adaptive grasping enables secure handling of irregular, round, or asymmetrical parts—automatically adjusting grip style based on object shape.
With a maximum gripping force of 10–65 N per jaw and a stroke of 106 mm (parallel) / 122 mm (centric), the DH‑3 handles payloads up to approximately 1.8 kg. It delivers high precision with ± 0.03 mm repeat accuracy and operates quietly with noise emissions under 50 dB.
The DH-3 includes fully integrated control electronics and safety features, such as a self-locking mechanism that maintains grip during power failure. Setup is plug-and-play compatible with major cobot brands via ready-to-use plugins. Users can fine-tune grip position, force, and speed, and benefit from built-in grasp and drop detection as well as replaceable fingertips.
Despite its robust capability, the unit is compact and lightweight at 1.68 kg, with external dimensions of 213.5 × 170 × 118 mm. Rated at IP 40, the DH‑3 is suited to both light industrial and collaborative environments and offers a vertical static load tolerance of roughly 300 N, including torque resistance across all axes.
