The CGI‑100‑170‑W is a precision-engineered three-finger centric gripper developed for collaborative robot applications. Designed to handle cylindrical, spherical, or symmetrical workpieces, it provides reliable, consistent centric gripping for a wide range of automation tasks.
With a gripping force of 30–100 N per jaw, the CGI‑100‑170‑W supports payloads up to 1.5 kg and accommodates inward clamping diameters from φ 40 mm to φ 170 mm. Its repeat accuracy of ± 0.03 mm ensures dependable performance, even in high-precision environments. Quiet operation under 50 dB makes it well suited for use alongside human operators.
This model includes integrated control electronics, eliminating the need for external controllers and simplifying deployment. It supports standard Modbus RTU (RS-485) and digital I/O communication, with optional support for TCP/IP, USB 2.0, CAN 2.0A, PROFINET, and EtherCAT.
Built with a durable mechanical structure, the CGI‑100‑170‑W is compact at 158.4 × 124.35 × 116 mm and weighs 1.5 kg. Rated to IP40, it is suitable for a wide range of clean, collaborative industrial environments.
