The CGC‑80‑10‑W is a three-finger centric gripper designed for use with collaborative robots. Built for secure and stable handling of cylindrical, spherical, or uniformly shaped components, this compact unit is ideal for pick-and-place, inspection, and automated handling tasks.
With a 10 mm stroke and adjustable gripping force from 20 to 80 N per jaw, the CGC‑80‑10‑W supports payloads up to 1.5 kg. Its internal mechanism uses precision planetary gears and a rack-and-pinion drive system, delivering consistent and reliable centric gripping performance.
The unit operates quietly at under 50 dB and offers ± 0.03 mm repeatability, making it suitable for precision applications in both industrial and collaborative environments. A built-in controller eliminates the need for external devices, simplifying integration and reducing wiring.
The gripper supports standard Modbus RTU (RS-485) and digital I/O communication protocols, with optional support for TCP/IP, USB 2.0, CAN 2.0A, PROFINET, and EtherCAT available.
With a robust IP67 rating, the CGC‑80‑10‑W is dust-tight and resistant to water ingress. Weighing just 1.5 kg and measuring approximately 141 × 103 × 75 mm, it offers high durability in a compact, easy-to-mount form.
