    Nukeson Forge Create-Your-Own Heavy Duty Industrial Welding Table

    The Nukeson Forge collection of Create-Your-Own Custom Welding Tables offer unparalleled quality available on the UK market. Suitable for both industrial and personal hobbyist use, the tables offer a variety of options in size, as well as a choice as to how it is delivered. We can fully weld it in-house, but you may be interested in honing your own skills as a welder with a flat-packed version that you can weld yourself!

    Each custom welding table features 16mm diameter holes, in a 50mm x 50mm configuration, allowing you to use existing jigs and plates with ease. You can choose for us to weld the table for you, in which case you will receive a fully-assembled, fully-functional welding table delivered to you on a pallet, which is ready to go into your workshop. Alternatively, you can choose our flat-pack option and challenge yourself to build it from the basic flat parts. You will receive all steel parts needed to weld the table fully.

    The choice of sizes allow you to customise the welding table to match the way you work. The taller legs will suit taller welders as it will allow you to work at a much more comfortable height, as will the smaller legs with shorter welders. Each leg comes with a castor wheel at the bottom, which will add 90mm to the height of each leg (this 90mm is not included in the leg sizes). The smaller table top will suit areas where space is limited, or only small parts are being welded. The table top itself is 100mm in height.     There are a choice of 3 different custom welding table top sizes, as well as 4 heights of leg and options for welded or non-welded, giving you 24 configurations of Welding Table to choose from. With each configuration you receive the following:

    • 1 x Table Top in sizes 600mm x 600mm, 1000mm x 600mm or 1600mm x 1000mm
    • 4 x Heavy-Duty legs in sizes 600mm, 700mm, 800mm or 900mm
    • 4 x Heavy Duty Castor Wheels
    • 1 x Storage Shelf (to match your size of Table Top.

    The Nukeson Forge collection of Custom Welding Tables was designed in the UK and each one is manufactured at our premises in Norfolk.

    • Bare steel finish, crafted from 5mm thick steel.
    • 3 choices of top, 4 choices of legs.
    • 16mm diameter holes, with a 50mm x 50mm grid layout configuration.
    • Lockable castor wheels allow for mobility but secure placement when locked up.

    Please note:

    • Due to the size and weight of these custom welding tables, this will be delivered on a pallet and may incur a pallet charge when checking out.
    • Each welding table is subject to a 10-day turnaround time, no next-day services are available for this product.
    • There is a tolerance for flatness on the welding table top of +/- 1mm, a perfectly flat top cannot be guaranteed every time.
