The Nukeson FAB Self-Assembly Fabrication Table (1600 × 1000 mm) is a heavy-duty, industrial-scale workbench kit — manufactured in our Norfolk factory from precision laser-cut 5 mm steel — and designed to be welded and assembled by you.

This larger-format kit arrives with the entire tabletop structure pre-assembled and braced, ensuring top flatness and alignment are guaranteed. Once clamped, aligned, and welded, you’ll move on to welding the leg assemblies, bolting them to the top, fitting the castors, and finally installing the lower shelf.

With its large working area and D16-compatible hole grid, this table is ideal for full welding assemblies, robotic cell foundations, fixture-heavy production lines, and CNC or milling machine platforms. Whether you’re outfitting a workshop, expanding an automation bay, or looking for a large-scale fabrication table you can truly make your own — this is your base.

Your Assembly Steps

1. Clamp & align the pre-assembled top, then weld all top components

2. Weld together the laser-cut legs

3. Bolt legs to the tabletop

4. Attach the heavy-duty castors

5. Fit the lower shelf
